How quickly will I receive my Licence Code?
  • Your Licence Code will be emailed to you immediately after your payment has been processed. If you haven't received it within an hour, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

What are the Server Requirements?
  • Minimum: 64-bit OS, 8 GB RAM, quad-core CPU. Recommended for larger servers: higher clock speed, 16 GB RAM, SSD., Please note that the server can use a lot of RAM, If you are planning on running the server and playing the game on the same PC you will need atleast a Minimum of 24GB of RAM.

How will I know when to renew my licence?
  • We'll send reminder emails as your licence renewal date approaches, starting 30 days before expiry. You can also check the licence expiry date anytime in the server manager dashboard under licence.

My server is not showing in the list and no one can connect. What can I do?
  • First, ensure Ports 27015 and 7777 are correctly opened on your modem/router. Verify your firewall settings are not blocking connections. For more assistance, contact support.

What features can I expect in the upcoming update of the server manager?
  • The next update is set to introduce enhanced server monitoring tools, more intuitive user interfaces, and expanded customization options to tailor the server manager to your needs.

Can I manage multiple servers with a single licence of the server manager?
  • Not at this time, The server manager is limited to 1 server but am currently working on making the system a multi server application,Once this is released the server manager will be able to streamline the management of multiple servers, allowing you to control and configure each one from a centralized platform with a single license.

Is there a limit to the number of players that can join my server?
  • The server manager does not impose any limits on player capacity. However, the actual number of players your server can support simultaneously will depend on your server's hardware specifications and network bandwidth.

How do I troubleshoot if my server manager is not responding?
  • If you encounter any issues with the server manager, we recommend restarting the application, checking for updates, and verifying your network connections. For persistent issues, please reach out to our dedicated support team for assistance.

What steps should I take if my server isn't visible or connectable?

Initially, verify that the necessary ports, typically 27015 and 7777, are properly forwarded on your network hardware. Also, confirm that your firewall settings permit the server connections.

Also please keep in mind your server will not be displayed in the list straight away and it can take upto 10 minutes before your server is visible in the unofficial servers list. If the issue persists, please engage our support team for detailed troubleshooting and assistance.

What kind of support do I get with my license?
  • Each license includes access to our support. Get in touch via the contact us page or Discord for any help you need with server setup, configuration, or troubleshooting.

Does the Manager support mods?
  • Absolutely! The server manager is fully compatible with mod installations. You can easily add, update, and manage mods directly through the manager to enhance your Ark Survival experience.

Is there a way to automate server backups?
  • Yes, server backups are automated within the Server Manager. Schedule regular backups in the Backup & Restore tab and if required restore your backups for your server.

How do I update my server with the latest game patches?
  • Updates are straightforward with our Server Manager. You can manually initiate updates. In the near future you will have the ability to configure the manager to automatically download and apply the latest game patches as soon as they are released, ensuring minimal downtime and the best gaming experience for your players.

What happens if my server crashes?
  • In the event of a server crash, the Server Manager has built-in monitoring that will attempt to restart your server automatically. Additionally, our support team is available to help resolve any persistent issues.

Can I transfer my license to another server?
  • Licenses are bound to the server they are activated on for security reasons. However, if you need to transfer your license to a new server, please contact our support team to assist you with the process.

Are there any tutorials available to get started?
  • No there is no Tutorials at this stage. the Server Manager is very user friendly... Meaning you should not have any issues setting up your server.
